Vegan Grazing Table

This vegan spread was inspired by Berry Good Food Foundation’s discussion panel on cannabis, High Hopes at UCSD. Hence all the vibrant edible greens on the table! A feast for your eyes, designed to expand your horizons with different flavor combinations, colors and textures.

On the menu: Roasted Tomatillo Salsa, Crudités w/ Basil Vinaigrette and Maple Balsamic Glaze, Loaded Guacamole, Raw Jicama Chips, Poached Corn Salsa, Roasted Red Pepper Cashew Cheese, Herb Hummus & Parsley Salad, Chocolate Avocado Mousse, Dark Chocolate Beauty Bark, Raspberry Chia Jam, Fruit Dessert Board with Coconut Whip Cream, Heirloom Tomato Salad w/ Almond Ricotta, Baked Lemon Pesto Pasta Salad with Brazil nut parmesan.
