I believe food extends beyond fuel for your body, it energizes your thoughts, infuses your life and creates an energetic ripple effect (for better or worse) into our world. This belief is the foundation of Elevation Eating and shapes how we source ingredients, craft our menus and guides how we feed people. We curate eating experiences through our chef services, orchard dinners, and cooking classes using farm-fresh ingredients that elevate your wellbeing.
From the foods you choose on your plate that impacts our environment to the ingredients you eat that define your health and vitality. We can -by the way we eat- shape healthier societies and economies, restore ecosystems and increase biodiversity. Theres power at the end of our forks…and we intend to use it.
