BRUNCH / Bagel Bar

This is the ultimate way to brunch in plant-based style (choose vegan or vegetarian), featuring baked bagels with a range of smears, toppings and dessert. Choose from two presentation styles, flat lay or layered – both of which include foliage décor and signage/food labels. The flat lay style is presented on disposable palm leaf platters, banana leaves and brown paper (no take down). The layered style pictured below includes set up of wooden boards, ceramic platters in varying layers, toaster ovens and will require take down.

The BRUNCH Bar is designed to elevate your eating experience. Enjoy the beautiful variety of colors, textures and flavors that nature provides and fill your body with delicious nutrients.

Minimum 24 people. From $1200 for a flat lay table.

BAGELS:

Choose up to two of the following bagel flavors: Plain, onion sesame, cheese, cinnamon raison (1 bagel per person)

SMEARS:

  • Plain cream cheese

  • Herbed cream cheese

  • Seasonal hummus

  • Grainy mustard

  • Butter

  • Honey

  • Berry chia jam

  • Caramelized onion

  • Nut butter

  • Nutella

  • Mayonnaise

Toppings:

  • Boiled eggs

  • Tomato

  • Cucumber

  • Sprouts / greens

  • Avocado

  • Berries

  • Nuts & seeds

  • Edible flowers for both decoration and consumption

DESSERT:

Dark chocolate beauty bark, fresh fruit & coconut whip cream

Optional extras :

  • Eco disposable cutlery, plates and napkins

  • Ceramic side plates and metal forks

  • Extra decor such as large flowers arrangements, additional foliage
