Graze & Gather Workshop

GRAZE & GATHER was a workshop done in collaboration with Elena Skidmore, maker of breath-taking artisan wood boards. A DIY grazing station was set up for guests to construct their own board with fresh fruit and crudités, cheeses, spiced nuts, gourmet crackers, chocolates, garnishes and edible flowers.

This workshop was about more than good food & artistic boards; it’s intentions were to help others get creative and release expectations, learn some practical healthy-eating tools and satisfy a basic human need—nourishment. We discussed how adding more plant-based foods into your life can elevate health and wellbeing + went through step-by-step how to arrange the perfect graze! Photography: Stacy Keck
